We're obsessed with you
Pilates shouldn't feel clinical. Or like homework. It should feel like the workout is the show — focused, rhythmic, a little theatrical. And you're the whole reason it exists.
Having fun is the mission
This isn't the soft, silent, pink-princess version of Pilates. Here you can be bold. Play your music loud, dance it out, fumble through an exercise you'd never risk in a bright mirrored room. Freedom over perfection. No judgment, ever.

Sasha. 14 years. One room.
I taught at six studios around New York before this one. Big rooms, bright lights, mirrors everywhere, and somehow I always felt a little invisible in them. The classes were good. The rooms just weren't mine.
Here's what I believe: a workout should feel like something you get to do, not something you have to survive. The lights go low so you stop performing for the mirror and start moving for yourself. The music's loud because it should be.
Strong isn't the only goal here. I want you to leave feeling a little more like yourself than when you walked in. Softer in the shoulders, taller somehow, glowing in that way that has nothing to do with how hard you pushed.
That's the whole idea. Come find out if it's yours too.
