What happens in this class.

1
Warm-up
First 6–8 min. Fast footwork and dynamic mobility. We get the heart rate up quickly — this class doesn't ease in.

2
Load
About 12 min. Weights on, heavy springs. Strength sets stacked back to back with barely a break between them.

3
Burn
12–15 min mid-class. Cardio bursts spiked into the strength work. Highest tempo, loudest music, no time to overthink it.

4
Cool down
Last 8 min. Long straps, slow tempo, deep stretch. You'll feel this one tomorrow — that's the point.
