Warm-up
First 8–10 min. Footwork and hip circles. Waking up the joints, not warming up for a sprint.

Build
Roughly 15 min. Resistance increases in waves. Springs change 2–3 times.

Peak
Highest resistance, fastest tempo. 12–15 min mid-class. This is where the music is loudest.

Recover
Last 10 min. Long straps, slow tempo, stretch focus. You will feel this the next day.
