Foundations
Brand new to the reformer? Start here. Foundations breaks the machine down piece by piece — springs, straps, carriage, and the handful of moves everything else is built on. Slow, clear, and unhurried, so you leave knowing exactly what you’re doing and why.

What happens in this class.

1
Meet the machine
First 10 min. Springs, carriage, straps, and stopping points. Where to put your hands, where to put your feet.

2
Footwork
Roughly 12 min. The foundation of every class. Alignment first, resistance second. Light springs, lots of cueing.

3
Core & control
About 15 min. Slow, controlled work through the center. We break each move down and build it back up at your pace.

4
Stretch & reset
Last 10 min. Long straps, gentle tempo, and a proper stretch. You'll leave loose, not wrecked.
What to bring.
Bring
Form-fitting workout clothes
Grip socks (free rental if you forget)
Zero experience required
Water bottle
Skip
